  • Once processed, donations cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Please double-check details before confirming any transaction.

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Transactions

If a duplicate donation is made due to a technical error, kindly email us within 7 working days.
After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
