If you’re someone who loves finding solutions, enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life, and wants to channel your skills into creating real change, then Life Light Social Welfare Trust would love to meet you.
Your Role As part of our Volunteer Engagement team, you’ll help inspire and mobilize citizens to take meaningful action for children’s rights. Working alongside the regional lead, you’ll design and deliver campaigns and programs that encourage volunteerism and strengthen community participation.
This role is all about meeting people, motivating them to get involved, and building lasting conviction that their contribution matters. You’ll also play a key part in documenting stories, tracking data, and ensuring our volunteer efforts are impactful. Creativity, energy, and a positive “can-do” spirit will help you thrive as you explore new ways to drive collective action for children.
About You
A Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Social Work, Management, or Mass Media with at least 3+ years of relevant experience
A sound understanding of child rights issues <br
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and AI tools
Strong grasp of social media platforms and campaign strategies (a big plus!)
A flair for writing in English; knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage

Your Role We’re looking for a passionate and driven individual who can help us build meaningful partnerships in the retail space to bring in new donors and expand our reach. This role will give you the opportunity to connect with brands, businesses, and platforms that care about making a difference.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Creating Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with retail outlets, malls, brands (both online and offline), and digital/e-commerce platforms to build sustainable donor acquisition channels.
Campaigns with a Cause: Work with our Communications team to design and execute exciting fundraising campaigns — from “donation at checkout” initiatives to co-branded campaigns that engage customers while supporting children.
Relationship Building: Nurture strong relationships with retail partners, ensuring regular engagement, timely communication, and long-term collaborations.
On-Ground & Online Presence: Coordinate in-store visibility, digital promotions, and cause-driven messaging to maximize awareness and donor participation.
Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with internal teams — marketing, communications, and creative — to deliver campaigns that are impactful and visible.
Measuring Impact: Track funds raised, customer engagement, ROI, and feedback to improve campaigns and show our partners the change they’re driving.
Ensuring Compliance: Maintain transparency with proper documentation, legal compliance, and ethical fundraising practices.
What We’re Looking For
A Graduate or MBA with 2–3 years of experience in retail partnerships, business development, or B2B sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping and executing strategies to maximize support from individuals, corporates, and high-net-worth donors — both nationally and internationally. By building strong partnerships and mobilizing resources, you’ll be helping us expand the reach and impact of our work for children.
Core Deliverables
National Fundraising Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a robust fundraising roadmap targeting corporates and HNIs. Build innovative channels to generate resources across regions, ensuring alignment with Life Light’s mission and values.
Corporate & HNI Engagement Identify, engage, and nurture partnerships with corporates and high-net-worth individuals. From prospecting to long-term relationship management, design personalized engagement strategies, campaigns, and events to inspire lasting commitment.
Data-Driven Approach Conduct organizational and environmental analysis to inform budgets, priorities, and long-term planning for resource generation.
Leadership & Team Development Lead, inspire, and mentor your team to achieve ambitious goals. Manage national budgets while ensuring efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across regions.

We’re looking for someone with:
A post-graduate degree in Sales & Marketing.
12–15 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or related fields.
Strong skills in strategy, proposal writing, networking, and planning.
A proven track record of leadership and team building. The drive to make a meaningful difference through sustainable resource mobilization.
